We really do have Christmas all wrapped up this year with another fantastic, festive treat!
We are proud to take over full ownership of the Community Christmas Lunch (previously called the Resident's Christmas Meal) which is taking place on Wednesday 18th December between 1pm-5pm. A big thank you to Nicky Hopwood for her previous commitment and involvement with this great event.

The nights are drawing in and the countdown to Christmas is on! The Woolwell Centre really does have the festive season all wrapped up with a variety of events. The first being our Christmas fete and Santa's Grotto on Saturday 30th November between 10am- 4pm.
Christmas Wreath Making With Busy Blooms Florist
Join Busy Blooms Florist for a fun-filled afternoon of traditional festive wreath making on Saturday 23rd November. Learn how to craft your own Christmas wreath with all materials provided. The cost is £50 per person.
The Take That Experience
Get ready to relight your fire by celebrating one of Britain’s most successful boy bands! The Take That Experience – an acclaimed tribute act that pays homage to Gary, Mark, Jason, Howard and Robbie. Doors will open at the Woolwell Centre on Friday 22nd November from 7pm.
Locals Nights
Join Us for Community Connection at our Local's Nights!
Step into the heart of our vibrant community as we open our doors wide for Local's Nights, held every Wednesday and Friday at the Woolwell Centre. It's an opportunity to come together, unwind, and forge lasting connections with neighbours and friends.
From 6 PM to 10 PM on Wednesdays and 6 PM to 11 PM on Fridays, our centre becomes a hub of activity and camaraderie. Whether you're looking to relax after a long day at work, catch up with old friends, or meet new ones, Local's Night is the place to be.
But that's not all — mark your calendars for the first Friday of every month, when we kick things up a notch with our exciting Quiz Nights! Test your knowledge, challenge your friends, and compete for fantastic prizes as you enjoy an evening of friendly competition and fun.
From lively conversations to thrilling trivia, there's something for everyone at Local's Night. Plus, with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly faces all around, you'll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

LEGO CLUB
THE FIRST SATURDAY OF THE MONTH
*PLEASE NOTE: LEGO CLUB WILL NOT BE ON IN DECEMBER, JANUARY OR FEBRUARY*
LEGO has been captivating the imagination of children and adults alike for decades. It provides endless possibilities for learning and hours of fun, be it building a castle, a spaceship or an entire city. It pushes every individual to explore their creative side.. There’s something so magical about the simple act of clicking those colourful bricks together.
The Woolwell Centre’s Lego Club is FREE to participate and runs on a drop-in basis between 9am - 12 noon. All ages and abilities are welcome. Our cosy cafe will also be open for breakfast or lunch, to keep the hunger at bay whilst you play!
GOSSIP & GIGGLES
Our Parent and baby/toddler group Gossip & Giggles is held every Thursday Morning, 9:15am until 11:15am. With a different theme each week!
Refreshments are available from our cafe.
£2 per child and any additional children can attend for an extra £1. Just pop along, no booking required.
